Terms of Service

By accessing or using User Funnel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.

You agree to use User Funnel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use our service to record browser interactions, create test suites, and generate test code for your own applications or those you have authorization to test. You agree not to use the service to test or interfere with third-party websites without proper authorization.

You are prohibited from: (a) using the service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service; (c) recording sensitive data such as passwords, payment information, or personal data of third parties without consent; (d) interfering with or disrupting the service or servers; (e) using the service to distribute malware or harmful code; (f) reselling or redistributing the service without authorization; (g) violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms. We may change our fees at any time with 30 days notice. If you dispute any charges, you must notify us within 60 days of the charge. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of User Funnel and its licensors. The test code you generate using our service belongs to you. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the service. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall User Funnel, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
